Respect Your Teachers, Keep Your Composure & Follow All The Rules
Our beloved students must practice the yogic discipline and adhere to a suggested code of conduct. However, people have followed the same routine for years, but with the help of yoga, a few or more things will change, making one feel more alive. Besides, everything must be clear to practice safely, prevent unnecessary injuries, and eventually teach others how to do the same. In addition, following specific rules and regulations, one should be disciplined and strict towards their own self while learning and grabbing yoga teachings.
The ground rules that Anandoham Yoga Ashram has for its students are as follows:
Always arrive on time, if you get late, you won't be permitted to join the class.
90% attendance is required to get the YTTC certificate; exceptions are only allowed in case of illness.
Return any books, maps, or other items you borrowed or issued from the school library before you leave.
The student is required to show up to all yoga teacher training classes.
Students taking a yoga teacher training course at Anandoham Yoga Ashram can only use the accommodation of the school throughout their stay. Although friends and family cannot stay at the school, they will have to rent another room.
You must let the kitchen manager know if you will be fasting on any given day to prevent food waste.
A good yoga teacher is prepared but is always flexible in their teaching style and sequences to cater to students of different levels. Thinking outside of the box in your classes can help to bring flexibility and creativity to your sequences.
